Pedagogical teaching staff

Teaching process is carried out by highly qualified teachers, psychologists, speech therapists, heads of clubs, studios, additional education. Subject groups’ leaders are the subject teacher of the highest category - the methodologists. Teachers of the first and highest categories are 60% of total college pedagogical staff. All teachers have sufficient experience:
up to 5 years - 0 of teachers
from 5 to 15 years - 23%
from 15 to 20 years - 13%
more than 20 years - 64%

Many teachers have been working in our college from the very first year of college foundation; they support school traditions and atmosphere of collaboration and mutual understanding, which is highly appreciated by students and parents.

In connection with the transition to the international programmes our teachers have the opportunity to join the best international practices, share their observations and discoveries. All the teachers of primary and middle schools have been trained in the professional development centers of the International Baccalaureate and have IB approved certificates.
