The Community Project is an annual initiative that allows students to participate in a project where small groups or pairs of children work on a problem whose solution will benefit the community. A community is understood as a group of people, such as a family, a class, a school, an organization, or even just a person in need.
As a result of such projects, the children helped an animal shelter, an orphanage, people affected by a fire, and their own school. Participation in such a project can make a person kinder, more thoughtful, more compassionate, and more responsive.
