One of the most important aspects of school life is an atmosphere of mutual understanding and respect. After all, true character is most clearly revealed when adults are not around.

In the lead-up to Teacher’s Day, the ICCE assembly hall transformed into a stage, a classroom, and a dance floor—all at once!

Students from the 10th and 11th grades organized these unique lessons. They devised the program, prepared the activities, and led sessions for students in grades 1 through 10. Quick thinking, intelligence, physical movement, creativity, active participation, and collaboration—all these skills were put to the test! It was especially heartening to see just how mature, independent, and sophisticated the ICCE students can be when teachers aren’t present. The older students showed responsibility and care toward the younger ones, while the younger students remained open and fully engaged. Everything went brilliantly—it was energetic, dignified, fun, and marked by a deep sense of mutual respect!

School culture isn’t built in a single day; it is shaped over years through daily trust, respect, and personal example. It seems we have succeeded in fostering an environment where children can truly be independent.
