An essential aspect of the college educational process is striking a balance between students' physical activity and their academic responsibilities during the school day.
For primary school students, an important aspect is the formation of the foundations of a healthy lifestyle, the development of interest in sports, and creative independence through participation in team outdoor games and sports competitions.
Club objectives:
- Strengthening the health of students through the development of physical qualities and increasing the functional capabilities of the body's life-supporting systems.
- Improving vital skills and abilities through teaching outdoor games, physical exercises, and technical actions from basic sports.
- Development of physical skills (strength, speed, speed-strength, coordination, endurance, flexibility).
- Formation of general ideas about physical education, its importance in human life, and its role in strengthening health, physical development, and physical fitness.
- Teaching the simplest ways to control physical activity, individual indicators of physical development, and physical fitness.
- Education of moral and volitional qualities.
For students in grades 5-11, the club has sections for football, volleyball, and basketball. The kids take part in district and city competitions. A sense of unity, responsibility for the team, and the will to win help students become prize winners.
