The path from a teacher - researcher to a student -researcher is carried out through the systematic improvement of a lesson structure and search for effective ways of student interaction, reflection and update of their own teaching practice.
In connection with the transition to the international programmes our teachers have the opportunity to join the best international practices, share their observations and discoveries. All the teachers of primary and middle schools have been trained in the professional development centers of the International Baccalaureate and have IB approved certificates.
