The discovery marathon in elementary school continues! Today, the focus was on responsible attitudes toward the world and compassion.
Projects of the day:
- Andrey Cheslavsky (3rd grade) presented his project "Closed Ecosystem." Andrey literally "tamed" nature by creating a miniature world in glass. He vividly explained how life can sustain itself and inspired the audience to reflect on the delicate balance of our vast planet.
- Yuliana Astratyan (4th grade) addressed a pressing social issue: "Homeless Animals: Causes and Solutions." Yuliana conducted a thorough analysis of why abandoned pets end up on the streets and proposed concrete steps we can each take to help them. Unfortunately, due to health reasons, Yuliana participated in the presentation remotely, sharing a video presentation with the audience. We wish Yuliana a speedy recovery and look forward to seeing her at the awards ceremony.
- Margarita Markova (4th grade) continued the important conversation about our smaller brothers with the project "They Need a Home Too." Margarita's presentation was filled with genuine concern and a call to responsibility. Her work reminded everyone present that behind every scientific research lies a kind heart.
"Dear students! Each of you demonstrated tremendous passion and desire to advance your research. Your work, research approach, and creative vision deserve the highest praise!" remarked Anzhelika Sergeevna Akopyan, mentor and inspirer of the Research Academy.
Three days of thesis defense, dozens of questions, and surprising facts are behind us. We are entering the final stretch of preparations for the main event—the Research Academy finals. The awards ceremony will take place on April 10th.
