On October 7th, the 3rd-grade class held an engaging, themed celebration: Pear Day! The students immersed themselves in the wonderful world of this ancient, juicy fruit. They learned that over 3,000 pear varieties are known worldwide and discovered that pear flesh contains essential oils and folic acid—nutrients that help relieve tension, boost mood, and support the nervous system. The children solved riddles and took part in games and creative activities. They especially enjoyed tasting different pear varieties and sharing their impressions. It was a vibrant, delicious, and memorable day!
