Support staff: psychological and speech therapy service

In accordance with the school's inclusive policy, the psychological and speech therapy service plays a crucial role in maintaining a favorable psychological climate and promoting students' speech health, providing an individualized approach to each student and fostering social, emotional, and intellectual well-being.

The job responsibilities of a psychologist, speech therapist, tutor, subject teacher, and medical personnel include assessing students' personal qualities, team status, temperament type, leadership desire, intellectual level, creative potential, level of training, and special educational needs.

To implement an individual approach to each student based on comprehensive psychological and pedagogical diagnostics, psychological and pedagogical consultations are held, the result of which are collectively developed recommendations for each student in accordance with their zone of proximal development.

For primary school students with speech problems, regular classes with a speech therapist are provided according to an individual schedule. The school has a clear system of individual and group psychological consultations for students and parents.
