
Children who have reached the age of 6 by September 1 of the current year are subject to enrollment in the 1st grade. Children who will turn 6 years old by the end of the current calendar year may also be accepted to the 1st grade at the request of their parents or legal representatives.
To enroll a child in the 1st grade, you must submit:
- An application from the parents or legal representatives.
- A copy of the child's birth certificate.
- A certificate of the child's health (form No. 065u)
- A child's health passport (form No. 026/u-3)
- Two photographs (3×4)
- The child's IIN
The acceptance of applications from parents begins on April 1 of the current year. The college order on enrolling a child in the 1st grade of the International College of Continuous Education LLC is issued after the conclusion of an agreement between the educational institution and the child's parents or legal representatives.
To start studying in grades 2-11 of the International College of Continuous Education, LLC, you must:
- Take an ARRIVAL coupon from the college.
- Submit the ARRIVAL coupon to the previous place of study, receive a RELEASE coupon, and the student's documents (personal file and medical record).
- Complete an application and other required documents for enrolling a child in the student body of the International College of Continuous Education, LLC, based on the concluded agreement for the provision of educational services.
- Submit the personal file and medical record from the student's previous place of study to the academic department of the college.
- Foreign children have the same rights to education as citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan. To enroll a foreign child in school, it is necessary to attach a residence permit to the application (issued by the district division of the Almaty Department of Internal Affairs of the Migration Police)
- Stateless persons must have a stateless person certificate, while refugees, respectively, must have a refugee certificate, a Kandasa certificate, or a certificate issued by the migration police.
- Persons temporarily residing in the country should have a copy of their passport and a copy of their migration card.
- These documents are submitted to the educational institution along with documents confirming the child's education at their previous place of residence, as well as containing information about their health.
