The teaching staff of the International College of Continuous Education, comprising 40 subject teachers and 15 additional education teachers, is fully aware that our students will have to live in a new era. Therefore, we understand the extent of responsibility for what and how we teach.
We teach integrity, positive leadership, responsibility for decisions and actions, fairness, understanding of identity, and openness to diverse cultures.

To implement the strategic tasks facing the college's teaching staff, emphasis is placed on the use of modern pedagogical technologies that develop students' research and project skills, critical thinking skills, self-development, self-assessment, and reflection within the context of international education and learning.
The college employs enthusiastic teachers who consider school a second home. All teachers possess higher pedagogical education, with at least 10 years of experience in schools, and their education necessarily corresponds to the subject they teach.
These are expert teachers, research teachers, and authors of additional education programs in various academic subjects, who skillfully use modern, productive teaching technologies in their lessons, including IT technologies. Continuous self-education and improvement of one's teaching skills, not only within the framework of the State Compulsory Education Standard but also through opportunities to utilize international experience, allow all teachers to undergo systematic international certification as IB school teachers. This enables us to find common ground and motivate even the most challenging teenagers to engage in positive interaction.
The college's teaching staff is relatively stable in both quantity and quality. The effectiveness of the work on recruiting personnel is evident in the retention of the student contingent and the positive outcomes of the educational process.
